Jonathan Baron

Jonathan Radner Baron, inspired by his cousin Gilda Radner, embarked on his acting journey at a young age. Following his mother's footsteps as a stage actress, he ventured into acting and voiceovers after her passing at six. Notably, he did various modeling, commercial, and voiceover campaigns, including the beloved Ren & Stimpy. Further honing his craft, Jonathan graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts, earning the prestigious David Dukes Scholarship. He furthered his studies in comedy spending three years at The Groundlings in Los Angeles.

On screen, Jonathan recently concluded a three-episode arc as the quirky office oddball, Matt, in Hulu's The Other Black Girl. Before that, he played Kristen Chenoweth's love interest in Netflix's Holidate. Other television appearances include recurring roles in DC Universe's Doom Patrol and HBO’s True Blood, guest stars in SyFy’s Superstition and CBS drama The Mentalist.

Off-camera, Jonathan dedicates himself to caring for his two senior rescue dogs, Isaac and Shea, as their full-time servant. He enjoys playing in his recreational hockey league, going to concerts, and supporting local independent movie theaters.
